Welcome to Equity-Alerts. These Website & Membership Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Equity-Alerts website, member portal, alerts, watchlists, educational materials, market commentary, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Informational and Educational Purposes Only
Equity-Alerts provides market commentary, trade alerts, watchlists, research, educational materials, and related information.
The information provided through the Service is intended for informational and educational purposes. It should not be considered individualized financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
Equity-Alerts does not evaluate your individual financial circumstances, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax situation, or other personal considerations before providing content.
You are responsible for determining whether any investment, trade, strategy, or course of action is appropriate for you.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of some or all of your invested capital.
There is no guarantee that any trade, investment, strategy, alert, watchlist, or other information provided through Equity-Alerts will be profitable or successful.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Any historical results, examples, illustrations, statistics, or performance information presented through the Service should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of future performance.
Individual results will vary.
3. Trade Alerts and Market Information
Trade alerts reflect information, analysis, or market conditions available at or around the time an alert is prepared.
Market prices can change rapidly. By the time you receive, review, or act upon an alert, the price or market conditions may be materially different.
Equity-Alerts does not guarantee that:
- You will be able to enter or exit a trade at a price referenced in an alert.
- An alert will be delivered or viewed before market conditions change.
- Market information will always be complete, accurate, or current.
- Any particular security or strategy will produce a profit.
You are solely responsible for all orders placed in your brokerage or investment accounts.
Equity-Alerts does not execute trades on your behalf and does not have control over your brokerage account.
4. Independent Decision-Making
You should conduct your own research and use your own judgment before making financial or investment decisions.
Information provided by Equity-Alerts should be considered one source of information rather than the sole basis for an investment decision.
Where appropriate, you should consult qualified financial, legal, tax, or other professional advisers regarding your individual circumstances.
5. Membership Accounts
Certain portions of Equity-Alerts are available only to paying members.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and other account credentials.
Membership accounts are intended for use by the individual or organization that purchased the membership.
You may not:
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized persons.
- Allow others to use your membership to avoid purchasing their own membership.
- Copy, publish, redistribute, resell, or publicly distribute paid alerts or member-only materials.
- Systematically download or reproduce member content.
- Scrape, harvest, or automatically collect content from the Service without written permission.
- Use Equity-Alerts content to operate a competing alert, newsletter, research, or membership service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
6. Membership Fees and Automatic Renewal
Membership pricing, billing frequency, introductory offers, renewal terms, and other material pricing information will be disclosed when you enroll.
If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize Equity-Alerts and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the billing schedule shown during enrollment.
Unless otherwise stated during signup, recurring memberships continue until canceled.
Your renewal price and billing frequency are determined by the membership plan you selected, subject to any pricing changes communicated in accordance with these Terms.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a recurring membership using the cancellation methods provided through Equity-Alerts or by contacting us using the contact information provided on the website.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges after the effective cancellation date.
Unless otherwise stated during signup or required by applicable law, cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a membership period that has already been billed.
You will ordinarily retain access through the remainder of a paid membership period unless otherwise stated for your particular plan.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. We do not provide full or partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or reimbursements for unused portions of a membership term, except where required by applicable law.
Canceling a membership stops future renewals but does not end access immediately. You will continue to have access to the services included with your membership through the end of the membership period for which you have already paid.
For example, if you cancel a monthly membership three days after a renewal charge, your membership will remain active for the remainder of that paid monthly term, and you will not be charged again at the next renewal date.
Any free trial or promotional offer will be governed by the specific terms presented at the time of enrollment.
9. Intellectual Property
The Equity-Alerts website and its original content, including trade alerts, watchlists, written commentary, research, graphics, branding, educational materials, software, and other member content, are owned by or licensed to Equity-Alerts and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a membership gives you a limited right to access and use member content for your own permitted use. It does not transfer ownership of that content to you.
You may not reproduce, sell, license, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit Equity-Alerts content without prior written permission.
10. Third-Party Information and Services
Equity-Alerts may use or reference market data, news, charts, research, websites, brokerage services, payment processors, or other information supplied by third parties.
We do not control these third parties and cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability, completeness, or reliability of third-party information or services.
Links to third-party websites do not constitute an endorsement of those websites or their products or services.
11. Service Availability
We work to maintain reliable access to Equity-Alerts, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Access may occasionally be interrupted because of maintenance, technical problems, Internet or telecommunications failures, market-data outages, third-party service failures, security concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Equity-Alerts is not responsible for investment losses resulting from delayed, unavailable, or undelivered alerts or other interruptions to the Service.
12. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but errors, omissions, outdated information, technical problems, or data inaccuracies may occur.
Equity-Alerts makes no guarantee that all information presented through the Service will always be accurate, complete, or current.
We reserve the right to correct or update information at any time.
13. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- For unlawful purposes.
- To interfere with the operation or security of the website.
- To attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or information.

Equity-Alerts makes no warranty or guarantee regarding investment performance, profitability, accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability of information provided through the Service.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Equity-Alerts and its owners, employees, contractors, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance upon the Service.
This includes, without limitation, trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, losses caused by changing market prices, delayed alerts, technical failures, third-party failures, or decisions made based upon information provided through the Service.
You acknowledge that you remain solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
16. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary because of:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized account activity.
- Abuse or redistribution of member content.
- Failure or reversal of payment.
- Security concerns.
- Unlawful use of the Service.
Termination does not eliminate obligations or restrictions that, by their nature, should continue after termination, including intellectual-property and liability provisions.
17. Changes to Memberships or the Service
Equity-Alerts may add, remove, modify, or discontinue features, content, membership plans, or portions of the Service.
Material changes affecting membership pricing or billing will be communicated as appropriate before they apply to future charges.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the website, member portal, email, or another reasonable method.
The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the revised Terms.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Privacy
Your use of Equity-Alerts is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed.
20. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the laws of [STATE - LIKELY OHIO], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms, together with any membership terms presented during enrollment and our Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement between you and Equity-Alerts regarding your use of the Service.
If specific terms presented for a membership plan conflict with these general Terms regarding price, billing period, trial period, or renewal schedule, the specific membership terms presented at enrollment will control for that membership.
