Membership and Transaction Information

- Payment-processor customer, payment-profile, recurring-payment, or transaction identifiers.
- Limited card details returned by the payment processor, such as card brand, a masked payment label, the last four digits, and expiration month and year.
- Records needed to provide support, process renewals, prevent duplicate transactions, and maintain accurate business records.
Payment Information
Payment-card fields are hosted and processed by PayTrace through its secure Protect.js hosted-payment technology. Complete card numbers and card security codes entered into those hosted fields are sent directly to PayTrace. Equity Alerts does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes on its servers.
We may receive and retain limited payment-related information from PayTrace, such as transaction status, processor-generated customer, payment-profile, recurring-payment, or transaction identifiers, masked card details, and other information necessary to manage your membership and payment history.

Information Collected Automatically
When you use the website, our systems may automatically receive limited technical information, including:
- Internet Protocol address.
- Browser and device type.
- Operating system.
- Pages requested and referring pages.

We use essential cookies and similar session technologies for account sessions, authentication, security, form protection, and proper website operation. We do not currently use analytics services or advertising trackers on this website.

Our website may link to third-party websites, social-media platforms, payment services, or other external services. Member live-room links open Zoom only when a member chooses to join. The current live-room launch does not include the member’s Equity Alerts login email or account name in the Zoom URL.
Third-party privacy practices, including those of PayTrace, Brevo, Zoom, jsDelivr, and linked social-media services, are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to those services.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date on this page.
